Honeygar Pork – Origin Honeygar Recipe


5 x Pork chops / steaks

2 x Apples

2 x medium onions

4 x medium potatoes

1/2 cup Origin Honeygar

1/4 cup lemon juice

Season well with salt and pepper



Lay pork into the bottom of a roasting pan and pour over Honeygar,

lemon juice and season well with salt and pepper. Layer with onion

rings, apple and potato slices. Cover with tin foil and roast in oven

180c for 1-1/2 hrs or until cooked Serve with steamed cabbage and

a glass of cider.
